Loving Care Agency is a leading provider of home care services that enable children and adults to be cared for in their home environment that is warm, familiar, and nurturing. Loving Care Agency`s highly qualified team of clinicians (including nurses, home care aides and therapists) provide the highest quality care with compassion, commitment, and integrity. With over 31 offices located in six states, Loving Care Agency works with most major insurance plans, managed care organizations and state agencies.
Perform the role of key sales director on area management teams. Responsible for contracting with key Payers, driving top line revenue and sales strategy and the development of corporate sales resources to be utilized in the field.
Develops/implements area business plans to include an overall growth strategy, the annual sales plan and the sales budget. Maintains sales/revenue trends to ensure area operating goals are met on a consistent basis.
Manage area sales associates and activities to meet/exceed area sales targets. Determines branch sales deployment requirements and works within established Company guidelines in order to achieve area sales goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Work closely with Area Vice Presidents and Compliance to develop marketing strategies and maximize community initiatives and corporate sponsorships at the field operating level.
Recommend regional sales expense budget. Monitors/manages expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
Position reports to corporate office in Ridgefield Park, NJ. However, frequent travel is required, up to 60%. The rest of time one can work from home or our corporate office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Nursing, a health related science or equivalent
Minimum 10 years sales and sales management experience generally required
Experience in healthcare industry required with a preference in field of pediatric healthcare and homecare and respiratory services.
Strong history of growth performance Strong history of growth performance and budget achievements, strategic planning and good financial skills required.
Experience in managing functions, divisions or areas with a combined scope of $50 Million in annual revenues are necessary.
Experience with and or broad knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, case management and the health/home care industry required.
Strong knowledge of nursing/infusion therapy/rehabilitation/pediatric services a plus.
Excellent communication/negotiating skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff also required.
Ability to travel to NJ, PA, MA, IL, IN, AZ. Most often in NJ and Eastern PA
